Ask any questions about it, I've some medical background and been using the stuff for whenever my sleep schedule is out of control. Usually used for jetlag adjustment, same stuff with nighttime lifestyle.

I usually take melatonin to go back to sleep. Doesn't make you actually stay asleep, but helps to doze off. Might help you too?
