I really try to be more upbeat but truly navigating my disabilities right now is a hellscape

Yeah, that's how i knew after a couple days this was Mania and not just improvement on my physical health, its just heartbreaking when the sleepless nights start rolling in and i realize it wasnt goid days at all

Disability thought i cant get out of my brain- how am i supposed to trust my good days when i also have mania?

It feels like every good day is just mania in disguise...how am i supposed to take any comfort?

Ive been in a manic depressive hellscape but!!! Had my second iron infusion sunday which is great

By and large most "allies" have never held space for our people.

Ive had so many negative experiences with birth control fucking up my mental health, and being back on it is bringing back some of my severe thanatophobia

Revived slightly from the dead ✌️💖

Ended up at the hospital over the weekend, blood is low so im back on IV iron

They are putting me back on hormonal birth control and im honestly really nervous
