for my writer friends, how do you stop your thoughts from consuming you when you’re away from your script?

whenever i think about writing again i have to ask myself: are you ready to spend every waking moment thinking about your script until you finish it or do you have things to do

for real though that combo is actually something i’ve dreamt of for almost 10 years now and i can’t go because i am poor
