Using TMUX4053 to add a range switch to the SSI2140-based 3 phase VCO.
Look how slow it can go!
The 4053 IC doesn't see large voltages but using the TMUX version meant I could run it on ±12V saving on parts. Sorry for the tiny legs, DIYers!
Still keep coming back to this VCO idea. Reckon this time I've got it!
Using SSI2140 filter IC to make a 3-phase sine core VCO
Blending the three phases with overdrive makes this morphing squarish waveform that imitates a perfect fifth in the sweet spot of the sweep.
