The sticker includes details such as the tickets included for the bonus audio CD, as well as the purikura stickers featuring art drawn by the show's character designer Atsuko Ishida.

This basically explains the layout of the menus on the DVDs as well as where to find everything. You have to remember, this was 1999, DVDs were still very new.
