Why did my little sister just send me this

For context I had open abdominal surgery to remove a large chunk of my bowel so I have a long scar from above my crotch to half way between my belly button and my chest, so pretty long and prominent lol. I'm super happy with the surgery and getting used to visibly having a different body now

But some light massaging untightened that area right up as well as tight parts around my waist that made mobility uncomfortable. It's been a weird day ngl going from only seeing my scar from dressing changes to having to touch and massage and see it constantly.. taking some getting used to

Today my GP said I no longer need dressing on my surgery scar because it's fully healed and I can now use creams on it and massage it and OH MY GOD massages are magic, areas that felt tight have now turned to jelly. Sorcery. My belly button was hard and raised, was scared that might be permanent

I did not realise I posted this with sound I have no idea what I was watching at that time
