Michael is right; grief is one of many subgenres in horror that is popular right now. It deals with highlighting the themes of grief and loss within the story directly. I'd absolutely count things like Hereditary and Talk To Me in this genre as well.

It's the year of gastro-speculative & I'm here for it!

When food becomes integral to the plot, I absolutely connect with it and need a second or third helping. How many of these are on your TBRs and is mine among them? If not, maybe add it?

YouTube video by Road Less Marveled May 1, 1969: Fred Rogers testifies before the Senate Subcommittee on Communications

When you were a kid, did you dream you would grow to be the kind of person who considered doctors, scientists, librarians, teachers, astronauts, and now Mr. Rogers as your mortal enemies? What kind of person does that make you? Is there anything left in there? C'mon.

Dude, the history behind the word dude is wild The word "dude" is often associated with the '80s and '90s. But its origin is rooted much, much farther back in American history and it took a long and winding road to reach the coast of California.

Shoutout to @starsandsabers.bsky.social for taking a chance on me as their first solo author. They're going above & beyond & investing in diverse voices. My collection features Latinx themes and characters, which is lacking in publishing. I hope you'll take a chance on this book. Much love.

The creator said there are counterfeit versions of that box that are cheaper in quality and don't come with the guidebook. Does it have the publishers mark on the back or a QR code?
