I'd like to thank @cpaone.bsky.social, @iaincmgray.bsky.social, and @docsavage88.bsky.social for the invigorating philosophical conversation this morning. Not what I normally wake up to. But it really motivated me today, the end results was taking bull by horns and getting out on bike.

Well and I rode it all that way with it broken using the rear brake and putting weight on it, though defs did not feel pretty.

Today though. Easy. No issues. Not even a twinge. I still have lots of rehab to do because it's only 85 or 90% back to normal. But I am just tickled

Three weeks to a month ahead of my rehab schedule, I got back to riding. It was a hard rehab and I still have more to do. But I got out on the bike. It felt so great, no worries about the weight. Back to be on two wheels. Damn, that was amazing. I'm so fucking stoked! 😁

Yes, I will. I'll have Lisa spot me when I take it off the stand. It should be fine. I am 16 weeks post injury, have been rehabbing hard, have bone unification. But if I dont think I am ready, I won't go. This is just a secondary test. 🤞
