Happy first day of Summer 2025, everyone!
Here's what I've been up to lately 🙂
It was a great honor to be able to perform wedding photography at the weddings I attended from March 2, 2025 to May 20, 2025.
On average, I usually shoot at one wedding every year and-a-half, & I've only started charging for wedding photography in 2020.
As fun as weddings are to shoot, I'll be increasing my pricing for them in 2026 because they're definitely a lot of work to shoot & edit for the little I charge for them.
I haven't posted too much on Bluesky lately, so here's a picture from a wedding that I shot in March 2025 🙂
May 2025 is already shaping up to be a busy month because I shot at a wedding almost a week ago, and I'm shooting at a wedding on May 20, 2025.
Right now, if you don't need to be in either Mannford, Oklahoma, Cleveland, Oklahoma, or any of the areas in which there are active fires, I would avoid those areas.
It's literally that serious right now.

In other news, I'm revisiting pictures that I took during my largest photoshoot in 2016 and using the knowledge I've acquired in recent years to re-edit those RAW files I took with a Sony Alpha 77 II I rented at the time.
I'm really pleased with the results so far 🙂

I would prefer not to acquire computer parts from eBay, but I managed to win an auction last night for a new ASRock motherboard that will be incredibly useful for my upcoming TrueNAS SCALE server build.
Having eight SATA ports on the motherboard opens so many possibilities 🙂
It's unlikely that I'll leave Facebook and Instagram.
The vast majority of my friends are on Facebook, and I'm heavily reliant on it to keep in touch with friends and family.
Plus, I also use Facebook to keep up on local conventions.
Also, Facebook is where I promote myself the most.
Today, I ordered the first computer part for the TrueNAS SCALE server I plan on building this year.
One part down and many parts to go 🙂

Oh, it was amazing 🙂
It's been way too long since I made Oven Baked BBQ Chicken, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Just thinking about it is making my mouth water on anticipation of eating dinner tonight 🙂
Tonight, I had a craving for BBQ, so I made some Oven Baked BBQ Chicken with some sides.
It's been ages since I made this, and it was absolutely delicious 🙂
I mostly view the Stories of my friends, but I do post things from time to time.

Tonight, I headed to Yokozuna at 91st and Yale for my monthly sushi run, and it was quite an amazing dinner 🙂🍣🍙
It was definitely a nice way to wrap up the day.
I have to say that I'm very pleased with the Peanut Butter Ramen With Beef that I made for dinner.
It was absolutely incredible 🙂
I know that there's more items than this, but these were some things that popped into my head.
Oh yeah!
I probably should try to ask someone out that I'm interested in and go on dates.
• Watch more anime
• Try to finish some Let's Plays I started years ago
• Try to attend some more anime, comic book, video game, & gaming conventions
• Try to be more active on Bluesky
• Try to use my income that I receive from work & income from doing Uber to start a Roth IRA
I'm sure there are a lot more things to add to this list, but here are some things I want to do this year:
• Stream on Twitch again
• Buy & play more video games
• Buy more camera lenses & other photography gear
• Buy the parts I want so I can build a TrueNAS SCALE server

It's been a few months since the afro was trimmed, so I figured that today would be a perfect day to do it.
