If you were a part of this chorus or didn’t speak out against this kind of hate-mongering when Paul Pelosi was brutally attacked, I could care less what you think now about how “the left” is reacting to the assassination of Charlie Kirk.

If you’re response to someone who has differing political views than you is to threaten them, encourage/incite violence against them, amplify/promote the despots who traffic in the extreme, then you are part of the problem. You are the real enemy of this country.

Here’s what @OversightDems should do:

1.) sent a letter to Maxwell inviting her to testify

2.) if/when she accepts, send a letter to the Chair demanding a hearing

3.) if the chair declines, hold a minority-led “hearing” or “forum” with Maxwell as the special guest “witness”

On January 6, 2021, 147 Republicans voted against certifying a free & fair election. That was after a violent mob stormed the US Capitol. Why anyone would think those same Republicans would choose now to “stand up to Trump” over a piece of legislation is beyond me.

It’s an indictment of the Democratic Party leadership that they haven’t figured out by now that fundamentally we are still in the midst of an anti-status-quo electorate. That has more to do with some of these outcomes than whether or not you’re a “progressive”

The dead giveaway here is the person leaked this Politico. That tells me right there they don’t give a shit about the Democratic Party. They only care about themselves and scoring points with the very “reporters” who will one day burn them down to the ground.

The gender gap is widening as younger men keep trending GOP. Democrats, you have to meet them where they are. And where they are is at a @morganwallen @lukecombs @wwe event. If what you’re saying wouldn’t resonate with anyone at those events, your message needs to be completely recalibrated.
