Has anyone here ever had CBT therapy?

Trying to figure out if I'd be worth it for me. I've tried some free NHS therapy things but they didn't work.

Just updated my novella. Fixed a couple of spelling issues.

To those people who bought it before, congrats, you now have a rare edition!

It's made of cast iron. You put it in your pot when cooking something like pasta or soup. It leaches a bit of iron into the food (like an iron pot would do).

They're a little expensive but they really do help and they last 5 years or more.

I didn't realise how much I depend on my iron fish until I stopped using it...
(family member can't have too much iron)

The problem is, I'm constantly anemic and doctors just fix the symptoms (for 2 weeks at a time) not the underlying problem...

The problem with social media is that we're all just words on a screen.

It's a lot more tempting to anger someone when there's no risk of being punched.

Okay but genuinely, why??? Can under big corporations, but ALL?

A genuine conversation I had:

"I only made £50 a month from that thing you suggested. It's a scam."

The same person 6 months later:
"Hey, how did you afford to go on holiday?"

"With that £50 thing you said was a scam over the course of several months."

"Still sounds like a scam to me lol."

I find it insane how many people ask me for advice on something, then when I give the advice and tell them how I did it, they call bluff...

Why bother asking?
