We're not supposed to execute people with intellectual disabilities because it violates the 8th amendment. The Supreme Court will hear a case where Alabama argues that Intellectual disability when it comes to death penalty should only be decided only by IQ tests.

Remember, the Constitution makes birthright citizenship clear, and the Constitution is above the Supreme Court. If the Supreme Court rules with Trump on this, we all have an obligation to ignore the Supreme Court ruling.

That said, replacing editorial gatekeepers with hives of pile-on stans who doxx as easily as they breathe is not really a good trade. It can be difficult to find an honest take on a record that doesn't come from inside the clubhouse. You should be able to say you don't like something.

I feel a couple of ways about this topic. Coming of age in the 1990s, I saw music criticism at its most gleefully acidic. While takedowns could certainly be entertaining, they often existed as entertainment for their own sake, and IMO yucked a lot of yums more or less for the lulz.
