🐼 Ursine Time [3]: Hanamura's Greatest Treasure

Word on the Nexus is about a really rich Sake hidden in one of Hanamura's old temples.

However, when a certain brewmaster goes to investigate, he finds himself wrapped up in a different treasure much more coveted than Sake.

Completed a new image for Wenlock that I almost cancelled. It's his birthday so he gets to take it easy, kick back, and play his guitar. 😎

Oh wow. Mallards mixed in with the geese. Usually I only see one or the other.

Rime's towel doubles as his wings here but since they're so small, they aren't useful for flight. Instead, he uses them like a sail since they catch wind so well. So it's helpful for long runs and even when swimming

Rime is a funny guy. He looks brutish and mean but he's quite the opposite. Slavic accent, upbeat kind of guy who loves trashy music and has a passion for staying in shape. Outside of his occupations, he has hobbies like cooking (ice soup specialist over here), and enjoys cozy games like farming sims. Oh, when I said he knows how to keep cool in all situations, I did mean all. Fevers, workouts, mental, he's a literal chill guy. Honestly, he doesn't even need the speedo like this. It's not like I draw my characters with genitals and it was mainly to help me connect the legs to the torso lol. I think he's really hot tbh

The third dragon: Rime Seraco ❄️🏋️‍♂️

Rime is an ice dragon who loves to feel the burn. He has fur along with scales. He's late 30s, bordering 40s.
He's a kinesiologist who works as a personal trainer but runs a clinic on the side. He knows how to help people keep cool in all situations.

Sivello's wings are stained glass. It adds to his aesthetic as this guy who just radiates light.
Those cuts in his shirt extend to part of his back so he can summon his wings without also ripping his shirt

Sivello and Serrill used to be the same person until I finally decided to split them apart. Sivello is the kind of guy who has whatever you have but bigger and better. Bigger wealth, bigger body, bigger feet, bigger ego, bigger EVERYTHING. Sivello also doesn't need bodyguards despite his status. Photokinesis is just a broken power to have outright. Trying to attack the guy who can bend all visible light into a weapon and turn invisible is a bad idea. Not to mention his sheer size compared to everyone else. Functionally, he and Serrill are the same height until you get to their neck where Sivello has him beat. He has a bit of a blooming situationship with Serrill. Referring to him as "my champion" often. Serrill is also not affected by photokinesis as his crystal horns reflect the light back. So already this intrigues the man who perceives himself as untouchable. But it also gives him good optics in case people question any of his morally dubious actions. To top it all off, having Serrill's stingy ass as a business partner is great!

Naked ref. Honestly, he's probably my favorite dragon out of the three.

The second dragon: Sivello Glasch ✨🔆

Sivello is a photokinetic, self-made billionaire with assets everywhere and a high spirit of adventure to always collect more.
Due to his sheer affluence, he's a jerk to everyone beneath him literally and figuratively.

He constantly rips his shirts because he just cant help himself and flexes.

Also that coat on his shoulders? Those are also his wings.

Dragon wings in the Polysocket world are based entirely on the dragon. Their wings will either reflect a personal item, their magic powers, or their personality/ambitions

He was based on Mega Steelix. Note the horns and halo of stone. Serrill also used to be a street urchin. Note the pants still being patchmarked. His stinginess comes from the fact he knew what being poor felt like and vehemently refuses to come close to that again. It's an annoyance to some, but one person finds his stinginess rather attractive. Said person is even the reason why Serrill has those fancy geta sandals now instead of tattered flip flops and ripped boots. His name in the ring was/is Supremo (go figure)

Now then, the first dragon: Serrill Supreme!! 🤼‍♂️‼️

He's an older guy just shy of 50. He's a stingy, bold, and powerful luchador and has been defending that belt for many years.

He persists on wearing his mask to give off the impression of a hero. Very inspirational.

From various mega evolved Pokémon which helped lean into their draconic/monster aesthetic I was going for.

I also start by designing my ocs by writing out what they’re like. Makes it easier to get into drawing them a certain way.

As someone who just made 3 OCs in the past week, I think I can give some good insight on this!
For me, I think of what I want to see them in, foot stuff, so I give them big feet. Aesthetics also come from if I’m going by any sort of theming
