Ceramic mug shaped like the Radish Spirit, a character from the movie “Spirited Away” This character is an off-white color, has two face flaps under the eyes, and is wearing a 3D red cloth. The red rim of the mug ties into the red hat worn by the character.

Ceramic mug with a sculpted fire place on the outside of the piece. Inside the fireplace is a character Calcifer, the fire demon from the movie “Howls Moving Castle”, who is smiling and resting on a log. There is a copper patch behind it. The mug is grey and has a frying pan with eggs and bacon on the handle that is slightly visible.

Tall white ceramic vase with a dragon sculpture wrapping around it. The dragon featured is Haku, a character from the movie “Spirited Away”. Haku is a light blue with teal hair and a purple underbelly and arms.

Ceramic cup set featuring characters from the movie “My Neighbor Totoro”. The cups are stacked, with the bottom and largest cup being the character Totoro. Totoro is grey with a white belly that has grey markings inside. Totoro is smiling with whiskers, a black nose and tall straight ears that extend up above its eyes. The middle cup is based on the character “blue totoro”. This character cup is blue with a white belly, a small triangle nose and ears that point straight up. At the top is the third character cup, “white totoro”, who is colored white, only has eyes and small pointy ears that point upwards. These cups are stacked on top of each other, and get smaller as they progress up.

hi !! im lauren, the potter behind capy clay ceramics ! i mainly make stoneware mugs with sculptures in/on them. a lot of my work is focused on animals, studio ghibli, whimsy and color !

I have only been working with clay for a year, and just recently opened up an etsy shop. happy to be here !
