Finished Metroid Prime 4, as games go it was alright, as Metroid games go, it was a disappointment. 😢

I know we’ve been spoilt recently with Prime Remaster and Dread, but the troubled production of 4 resulted in a muddled game that strayed too far from the series roots.

Up in the Lakes for a few, today we drove to the Hartsop Valley to walk the Scandale Round and bag four more Wainwrights (High Hartsop Dodd, Little Heart Crag, Red Screes & Middle Dodd) - now completed 129/214 (60%) just 85 left to bag before I hit 50! 🥾🗻

Today, we headed to the Anaga Rural Park and a hike from Taborno to Roque de Taborno, which apart from including some fun scrambling and bit of exposure, also had dramatic views of the Anaga Massif. The landscape, very much felt like Jurassic Park, without the dinosaurs.

Final full day in Torridon and we went for a 14km walk up to Loch Coire Mhic Fhearchair at the base of Beinn Eighe - definitely needs a revisit to do the Munro and also Liathach, whose pinnacle looked like fun. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🥾
