The men kneeling on this peaceful protester are not ICE. The reality is that the sheer number of people in a city like Chicago means that without the state assisting in its own occupation, these “operations” could not succeed. Which certainly begs the question of who serves whom.

I keep going back to this, but one of the reasons South Korea has an incredibly effective protest culture is because they have *decades* of organizational experience through daily/weekly protesting. it helps a lot to do the routine stuff to be able to pull off the big stuff.

Run for president. I'd at least like to hear your voice be part of the primaries to push us forward toward a more perfect union. If presidency is not right for your life, please start finding, supporting, and organizing with a good candidate who has a clear, appealing, & easy to communicate vision.
