i was pretty smart but i didn’t have a very good work ethic. i had a lot of teacher’s tell me that i could’ve been an academic/honors student if i just put in the work and did my homework. i hated homework and it made up the majority of our grades.

most of the bills they’re proposing and passing are based on “Christian values” (when they do more harm than good), most peaceful protests (freedom to assembly) escalate into violent ones or riots because law enforcement instigates it a lot. like it’s just crazy to me to see how all of this is (2/3)

When children as young as a preschooler have to learn to defend themselves against an active shooter, I don’t think a trans person choosing their bodily autonomy and happiness over suffering is the problem.

Took my baby to the doctor this morning and he got 2 routine vaccinations. He’s very grumpy now but that’s because his body is building up an immune response so he won’t get hep B and is much less likely to get a severe case of the flu.

Vaccines save lives and I’m grateful for them.
