Gadirovas on Roster for Welsh Championships This Weekend Olympic medalists Jessica and Jennifer Gadirova are among a number of guests set to compete at this weekend’s Welsh Championships.

The Gadirova comeback is looking likely for SATURDAY as they compete at guests in Wales!

Also psyched for a fab Welsh team, including 2024 Olympian Ruby Evans and new seniors Ellie Lewis, Jemima Taylor, Frankie Stone, and Ffion Burgum.

I know, it's wild that they were at the forefront of FREE streams in like...2014. Then they switched to Flo and then NOTHING? The past few years have been terrible!

The WAG group is wild with most of last quad's top seniors now in college. There are a few first-years, like Fontaine, who I think will be the ones to watch here, but a few returners with some solid international experience as well. MAG has three returning Olympians (Clay, Émard, and Zakutney).

Olympian Helen Kevric returned to the AA for Stuttgart, earning a 13.6 on VT, 14.3 on UB, 13.7 on BB, and 13.8 on FX, which would be a 55.4 AA! She earned a massive 16 points of Stuttgart's 35 total.

Also updated top scores for 2024 with these results! Three WAG athletes got scores in the top 100 AA for the year, while 15 MAG athletes had apparatus scores or D scores added. High bar tho...

Worlds in 2019 ended up being the final time Ayelén Tarabini would represent Argentina.

She retired, but started coaching and then training again in Kyrgyzstan, and in 2022, she changed her nationality with the FIG. At next week's Voronin Cup, she'll make her international debut under the KGZ flag!

No real AA focus at this meet, but Kisha Rina had the top score with a 55.866, helping Toda City Sports to fourth place. Other top AAers were Okamura Mana (54.498) and Matsuda Touwa (53.432).

I actually have no idea who it is, the name says "Sayer Brown" of UNC but pretty sure this person doesn't exist? She was also registered as both a senior and junior lol.

So wild!!! I saw one NCAA WAG athlete signed up but didn't compete, I hope it grows in popularity and gives athletes an opportunity to compete internationally outside of national team programs having to sign off and send them!

I believe MAG scoring is still underway? Doesn't look like all results are in yet but it was quite a bit better attended. The European Online series was also pretty popular for MAG earlier this year, no WAG component for that.

Both Osyssek and Mordenti should come away with about 3000 euros apiece!
