I have been avoiding my therapist (a ✋🏻 woman) since the election, until today when I forgot I had rescheduled for 4pm. We kept it light but I still think our time has come to an end. I need to get some stuff off my chest and I don’t feel safe with her anymore 🤷🏾‍♀️

Avoid all the people proudly giving off nasty energy and meet more people that are here to smile and laugh.
