I don't want to downplay how heinous this is from the NHS, but 'if you don't transition as a kid you will never pass' is extremely unhelpful framing that is a) incorrect and b) will only scare trans kids further at a terrible time for them.

I think the OldUnreal releases come with patches that update the games to fix some stuff and point to fan master servers so, yeah, there should be for UT99. There definitely is for 2004 though the population naturally isn't super high.

I was always more of a UT gal but I did have some fun times in Quake 3 for sure. What Epic did to UT was criminal (though OldUnreal has installers for UT99 and 2004 and has kept those alive!)
