I forgot to mention, I did pick up a cheaper tongue drum earlier this month to practice and get a feel for the instrument, a Moozica D Kurd overtone. I've mostly been using my fingers to strike the tongues with, but they get sore after about half an hour.

So I respawn to the lobby and forcefully reset the game to call them all out while still trying to be nice about it. After some exchange, we begin adjusting the settings (They were still referring to the POWER setting as SPEED). After a few more nasty remarks from some of them, I decided [6/7]

but nobody listens yet still want to complain. Some people left. Eventually one of them threaten to start a vote kick against me. And again some idiot decided to smash the start button again. At that point I finally lost my patience with them. [5/7]

So as I'm trying to scan through the settings to look for anything mentioning SPEED, some idiot rushes over to smash the 'start' button to begin the next round. This continues on for at least 5-10 more rounds. I ask them to stop starting the next round so I can adjust the settings, [4/7]

win rate between the humans and gigas players are about 50/50. But then we get some skilled gigas players joining the instance and now some of them want the POWER value of the gigas to be lowered, except they referred to it as SPEED (comments like "the game is going too fast.") [3/7]

about the game being too easy for the 'human' players and the 'gigas' player losing too often. So when the instance host was transferred to me, I decided to gradually adjust the POWER (this is important for later) of the 'gigas' player to give them a fighting chance. So far so good, the [2/7]

So earlier I visited a recent game world on VRChat that I've never been to before (GIGAS -ASTRAIOS-), one of those asymmetrical pvp type games. The game itself was fine, but I had the displeasure of having to deal with impatient players who first complained [1/7]

I also recently made a VRChat group for PSVR2 users and those interested in the headset. There was already one, but I did not agree with its group description of wanting the Quest 3. I'll look into other options for possible group names to change it to. vrchat.com/home/group/g...

After a few days of using the PSVR2 on my pc, I'm enjoying it a lot. The colors make playing Terrors of Nowhere so much better. I'm planning to get accessories for the controllers and headset next, and its own set of IMU-based trackers (anything but Sl*meVR) for full body tracking in VRChat.

So I ordered a PSVR2 bundle on sale recently, because nothing else really caught my attention on Black Friday or Cyber Monday. I'll be using it as a secondary headset for vrchat and a few other pcvr games, but may eventually buy a PS5. 🎮

Tip: add "&min_price=1" to the end of the url when browsing Booth to hide the 0 yen PV/sales entries if you're tired of seeing them (unfortunately it will also hide the genuine free items if that matters to you).

So, I'm thinking about adding some commonly used phrases to my anti-thirst VRChat feed next, to help filter out even more of the thirst posts. Anyone have some phrases they'd like to see added to it?

This recent surge in 'promotion/PR' entries on Booth is starting to get bit annoying. Added support for a recent avatar to an outfit set? Discount sale event? Notifications aren't good enough? "Let's make a whole separate product page to serve as a redirect to the actual product page!"

So, I split off a part of my personal vrchat feed for general use that aims to hide thirst traps and other 'not safe for work' related content when possible. I will try to keep it updated when I have the time. Feel free to use it.

I made a custom feed based on yours a while back and occasionally update that attempts to hide most of the thirst/nsfw posts and some other types of vrchat related content that I generally don't want to see. I'll make a separate version that is more welcoming to some groups if they want to use it.

I remember buying Kumyou around the same day it came out, it was one of my early avatar purchases back in 2020. I thought it had been long forgotten since then. It was refreshing to find out that a community exist. And there are outfits! I might buy one later.
