Legislators are back in Hartford, and Governor Ned Lamont kicked off the 2026 legislative session with his State of the State Address.

Senate Republicans call for CT teachers union president to resign over ICE post
“The statement is 100% false, wrong, irresponsible and blatant fear-mongering,” Republicans said in a release.
