I should have been more specific about what 'sources' I still use as I wasn't suggesting complete abandonment of the internet.

The problem with 'reliable info sources' is each has its own bias, it comes down to whether or not one shares the same position.

I'm giving bluesky a quick look each morning, maybe no more than a minute, then closing the app and finding something to do or something to watch/listen to and forgetting all about the 'news'

I feel happier for it

Did you know that, if you don't look at social media and all the associated 'news' outlets, not only does the world keep on turning, you will feel happier.
