If you are afraid right now, know you are not alone. I am doing my best to channel my fear into rage and action, but if all you managed to do today was get up, I'm proud of you.

Most men don't want to hear this because they want to blame women for everything, but the reason is actually the patriarchy. Because it's supposed to be the woman's job to raise his kids according to patriarchy. That's why most women get custody. They're seen as the default parent.

The patriarchy tells men that we should be strong and never lean on friends and family for support or show vulnerability, which inevitably leads to isolation and loneliness. Women did not do this to men. Patriarchy did. The problem is toxic masculinity, not "the females."

I really like it up here in Massachusetts, but I have been feeling homesick lately. Missing the friends and family I left behind in Texas.
