Real similar vibes to when a Twitter mutual died by suicide a while back, so it triggered alarm bells for me. Hey, does anyone happen to know @funeralpig.bsky.social IRL, or have another contact for them? A few of their posts this morning made it seem like they were going through something, and now their account’s deactivated. I’d love for somebody who knows them to just check in with them, if possible.

I can't emphasize enough that the idea of a Paramount-WB merger producing 30-40 movies a year is an absurd fiction. First WB will become the "classy" label within Par (which is only about Rescue Rangers, Scream and existing IP). Then it will become the specialty or streaming label. Then it will die.

This is like the critics who now claim they always disliked SHREK when I (a true SHREK-hater from before it even opened) can prove they voted ‘pro’ back in 2001.
