No, obviously. It was more that the premise was so far outside my experience of a somewhat humane welfare system just watching it was making me vaguely angry. Would have been different if sci-fi. Also took a long time for meth to not be a fun party drug.

Used to watch all the OU programmes that were on at stupid o'clock in the morning on the BBC when I was very young. Granted there wasn't much on the box back then but was still pretty cool and a bit of a headstart with the few things I sort of understood.
