How do I ensure reproducibility when I send an R script to others? Nowadays Python has uv's inline metadata, but I don't know the equivalent for R. (To be honest, I've never set up a virtual environment per project in R.)

I am currently learning web development from The Odin Project to build my own data visualization on the web. But at this point, I am divided between sticking to learning the web dev fundamental from the ground-up or taking the easy road by relying on AI.
