People just miss the point completely, that drawing a certain niche over and OVER is just plain draining. As well as feels stifling.

If drawing diapers was all an artist did in free time, growth would be corked. Experimenting is important and being free to explore is vital for rejuvenation.

Sometimes it’s hard to tell if they’re doing heavy reps (like 5 x 5’s heavy load light volume) sometimes it can be a rest period of 2 - 3 minutes per set. If you have a hunch, ask if you can join them during their rest period (also allows friendly chit) or politely ask how many sets they have left.
