Just a reminder that in the context of non-effective antiretroviral therapy, people don't fail, treatments do. Especially when they've had their injectable CAB/RPV on time! Thank you

Delighted to see clear language guidance so prominent in the CROI programme. And a search for 'HIV-infected' in abstract titles confirms it has only been used in the context of cells and one animal study

Right! From silence to a week of excessive posting. I'll be keeping you all updated with new data from #CROI2025 & implications for practice & people. And I'm in a zero tolerance frame of mind for any non-person-first shenanigans....!
See you there @paulsaxmd.bsky.social....!!
People are saying that BlueSky will become just another echo chamber. You know what? I'm fine with that.
I'd rather spend my time in a space shared with like-minded friends than stick my head in a racist hornet's nest.
Our language guidance is now available in Japanese!!
Thank you to the Japan Foundation for AIDS Prevention (JFAP).
