A little walk to sit in the sun and draw trees. The kiln needs opened today, I had a peek yesterday and looks promising. Migraine has glued me to the couch so far today but starting to feel a bit better.

A bit about my pots…
I work from home in Scotland. I trained in drawing then specialised in ceramics for the final 4 yrs of my studies. Recent work includes large scale handbuilt vessels. Due to health restrictions I intend to replace my time spent making tableware with these large handbuilt works.

Blue scribble vessel. I call this shape an “open plum vase”. Thick clear glaze drips towards the base with oxide brushwork layered on top.
