It's not hyperbole to suggest that today we have a federal government that doesn't so much represent or resemble a federal administration as it does a family crime syndicate.

Most of this agenda involves only legislation. And if enacting it requires abandoning the filibuster, so be it. Filibuster is really anti-democratic. Elections have consequences in a democracy. One has to be prepared that abolishing filibuster won't be a one-sided victory. Opposition can do the same
