I canβt tell if itβs on the old map, but the oldest still standing hydrant in the city is probably next to the Firemanβs hall museum on the 100 block of Quarry St

Here's a current hydrant map of the area -- some quick googling says that hydrants started to be installed in 1801, and the high pressure system started in 1901.
