tonight I've made salmon air fried with butter and nandos lemon and herb mix. having it with baby potatoes, chorizo, tenderstem broccoli and mushrooms also cooked in the butter and lemon and herb mix combo!

I am SO excited for dinner now I have some veg lol. carrots, baby potatoes, baby spinach, tenderstem broccoli, mushrooms, fresh garlic and ginger~

i also found some vouchers for the supermarket which let me get some salmon and chorizo and chicken and basa!

my buddy is taking me to see it tomorrow!! excited for it!
