Cause sometimes I believe we do need community to help pick us up, but other times it’s like sorting it out for yourself helps u face others?

people can be going through a hard time and it’s like I’m always confused on whether I should respect wishes n give them space OR like be very persistent in showing them someone is there for support n cares bout them etc. 😩

i've come to the conclusion that regardless of how much sleep i get i will always be tired.
