I just got a new job, all is well ^v^

Of all the Tamagotchi gens so far, this one is the absolute best imo. I love that they separated out arcade games from just playing with your Tamagotchi, so you can still play overnight while it sleeps. I love that there are more animal characters than ugly humanoid ones too X3

Job interviews are flying in now. The outlook is promising. I guess I will end up back in the tech world for 5 days a week and 8 hours a day...
...perhaps with some new insight about how to approach an art business as I looked into it so much in my time off.

I was considering starting some art accounts on social media with IRL videos but how do you build trust in your content at a time like this? Do you maybe supplement it with IRL events too?

It's so crap, but truth be told, I will be fine even if I got any old job ^^; I would have to adjust my lifestyle and that is OK.

Another idea: do I use the time to go ALL OUT and create an art business? Thing is I draw fish and birds, where's the market for that? X3

I think I can too! I do have other expenses yes, but the payout I get should give me 2-3 months to get a new job even if I do use the £1,300 to pay for courses ^^ so it's quite a low risk! But a risk all the same.

It's a hard thing to do while already in full time work, but since I will have nothing to do... I could really knock these certs out :3 so maybe I shall!!

£1,300 would get me 4 relevant courses with some up to date certifications on completion.
If I did just 4 hours a day I could complete them in a month, that's basically all of January.
But it's such a big chunk of my redundancy pay too... so need to think carefully.

Since I'm going to be out of work until at least January, I was thinking about potentially using some of the redundancy pay to take some courses. The last one I did was in 2019, so it'll be good to brush up and see what's new.
It's a bit risky to use that money but would be a good use of time too.

I won't forget it happened as I need to learn something from it, but the hardest thing is going over it in my head and taking what I need without also dwelling on the bad bits.

Since my career started I've only ever had one bad interview... but I just had a second one yesterday :( it has left me feeling like I will never get another job.
I am still employed till next week but not actually working. Hoped to get something new quickly but that was wishful thinking in Dec.

Oh whenever will this crap end..... ;v;

Let’s hope this reaches people in Europe or everywhere that isn’t the US who are looking for colorful, whimsical gifts, who like collecting art and care about supporting artist!
