Kokiharu in literally every universe drives me crazy. It’s about crossing paths and intertwining them and now they’re so deeply tied together they might as well be a single rope. Is it better to let the rope fray until it snaps, or to cut it in two and glue it back together?

I like imagining him getting his ass beat by Ramona after mocking Atsuhiro’s final moments w a smile. He has to keep his emotions in check during performances but he gets to inflict others w emotional overload. One final burst of FEELING before they die. What a gift

The thing is Chiharu isn’t exactly a pessimist but he’s not an optimist either; if he thinks that his life has already been cut shorter than others, he’ll perform like he doesn’t know that his life depends on it. And eventually, he’d associate the relief of survival w the thrill of performing

Chiharu taking Luka’s ‘place’ in ALNST calls to me bc it’s his ultimate crash out mode. He’s going to die if he doesn’t sing and he so desperately needs the stage. It’s a brief, fleeting moment but it is His moment for him to control. He’ll be condemning others to death, but it will be on His terms
