A local restaurant here has a tamarind sauce they put on a fried chicken sandwich and it’s pretty incredible, so it definitely can be done well!

I got into tea years ago to cut back on coffee (which hits my gut rather hard). I’ve found black teas such as English Breakfast and Early Grey with cream and sugar hit a similar vibe to coffee.

There are a lot of earl Grey’s out there that add different fruity notes that work well!
