Ever since the war ended, Hermione couldn't believe that she was alone or rather that she chose to spend her days and evenings alone. The one thing that she was grateful for was that she was offered a healer position after she graduated Hogwarts. She also began to have a romantic relationship with Draco Malfoy after running into him after her shift at St.Mungos. Some might say that they weren't a good match since they always bicker and argue a lot but what couple doesn't?

"Babe?" Draco murmured bringing her out of her thoughts and musings. "Hm?" Hermione hummed. "Are you alright?" He asked her. "Just thinking" Hermione replied. "About?" He wondered. "Us, life while at Hogwarts and then where we are now." Hermione sighed.

"And that's a bad thing?" Draco wondered. "No. It's just fate." Hermione murmured. "Fate?" Draco echoed. "Mhm. We were friends towards the end of our 8th year and then we lost contact and then well here we are six years later. I think I would call it fate." Hermione said. Draco pulled her close, "Nah, I think we're just meant to be." "Soulmates?" Hermione wondered. "Yeah. Soulmates." Draco grinned before he leaned down and kissed her.

"Babe?" Hermione murmured one evening as they were lounging at home. "Hm?" Draco asked as he was reading the Quibbler which was written by his cousin, Luna Lovegood-Potter. "We need to decide on a name for the newest Granger-Malfoy." Hermione murmured. "Do we though?" Draco teased. "Dracooo." Hermione whined. Draco chuckled, "Alright my love. What do you got?" "Well I was thinking maybe we could start a tradition of our own? I know that your family always names their children after constellations."

This piqued Draco's interested a bit. "What are you thinking?" He asked. "If you are okay with it. I was thinking we could do Greek mythology names." Hermione suggested. "I think that's a great idea love." Draco agreed. "Really?" Hermione asked. "Yeah. I think it'll be a great tradition to start for our family" Draco said. "What do you think about for Ares for a boy and Hera for a girl?" Hermione suggested. "Hera Granger-Malfoy and Ares Granger-Malfoy? I like it." Draco smiled. And eight months later, and much to their entire families surprise, two new little ones graced the Granger-Malfoy family. "Welcome to our family my loves." Draco whispered softly to Ares and Hera as Hermione slept peacefully in her hospital room nearly two hours after giving birth to the twins.

Hermione always dreaded going to Divination. Why you may wonder? She always thought that Professor Trelawney was a bit of a kook and a crackpot due to the false prophcies that she would create but today during class it was about her and a certain Slytherin. "Excuse me?" She asked. "Is there a problem Ms.Granger?" Professor Trelawney asked. "Somewhat yes. Can you please repeat the Prophecy you just read?" Hermione asked once more.

Both Harry and Ron's jaws drop in shock as they knew Hermione dispised Divination. "You, my dear, will become a well known Healer and will marry a tall blonde Auror who will become Head Auror after a few years" Professor Trelawney said and the entire classroom went silent. Hermione paled slightly and she glanced at Draco who was sitting next to her with an unreadable expression. "Professor? May I leave class early? I don't feel good." Hermione lied. "Of course my dear." Professor Trelawney nodded.

Quickly Hermione gathered her belongings and she exited the classroom and she was unaware that Draco followed her too. "Granger! Wait up!" Draco called out. Hermione didn't listen and she picked up her pace in her steps. "God damn it Hermione! Stop!" Draco yelled out and he had a cast a muffliato before yelling out. Hermione froze and she turned around. "What?" She murmured. "You know I want that just as much. Just because a prophecy is deciding our future, you don't want to let fate decide it?"

Hermione laughed weakly. "I do! I do want fate to decide it but why did have to be during Trelawny's class?" "You daft witch! It's divination." Draco argued. "It's rubbish!" She yelled. Suddenly Draco stalked over to her and pinned her against the wall. "If it's rubbish then why are you taking the class then hm?" "I-" Hermione stuttered before Draco leaned and kissed her. Hermione felt herself melt into the kiss and she pulled away and rested her head against his forehead. "I've waited since fourth year to do that." Draco breathed. "Took you long enough." Hermione sighed.

"My wife, the youngest healer to ever set foot in St.Mungos." Draco beamed as he scooped her up and spun her around. "Draco!" Hermione laughed out. Setting her back on her feet, he leaned in and kissed her softly. Resting her forehead against his, Hermione let out a sigh of contentment. "This calls for a celebration." Draco declared.

"A little early, don't you think?" "Nonsense. You, my sweet girl, deserve to be celebrated. I'm sure either my mum or Pansy can throw something together for this weekend." "You're too good for me, you know that?" Hermione whispered. "No. It's you who doesn't deserve me but somehow you've learn to love me." Draco said. "So you what that means with me being head healer now?" Hermione smirked. "What's that?" Draco wondered. Hermione leaned in and she whispered, "I'm your boss."

Recently I was able to catch a glimpse at Best Selling Author Hermione Granger and Renowned St.Mungos Healer Draco Malfoy who seemingly be enjoying an evening out. Some might say that even after years of Hogwarts rivalry and after being on opposite sides of the war, fate has both these two together. Although the two might not want to admit just yet, but it may seem that there was a romance budding during their school years. I may be wrong who knows? But rest assured I do intend on getting Healer Malfoy and Ms.Granger together for an interview at a later date!

The Astronomy Tower. She hadn't been to the Astronomy Tower in years since their graduation at Hogwarts. Not since her and Draco first got together nearly ten years ago. Some might say it was full of memories. Full of learning Astronomy. But to Hermione? It was so much more than that. It was where she and Draco had their first date when they were only fifth years and where they said I love you during their seventh year.

But now? It was the place where they had gotten engaged and then where they secretly wedded with the permission of Minerva in such a small yet intimate ceremony with only Luna and Harry as witnesses and Kinglsey as the officiant. Years passed and it had become the place Hermione and Draco would return to if one just needed a place to think or just to look at the stars. And when the time finally came, they brought their first child, Aster Granger-Malfoy to see where his parents story began and it was all thanks to the little question Draco asked as a fifth year which was 'Hey Granger, aren't you taking Astronomy?'

(Draco pov) 'There's an old saying: that which doesn't kill you makes you stronger. I don't believe that. I think the things that try to kill you make you angry and sad. Strength comes from the good things: your family, your friends, the satisfaction of hard work. Those are the things that will keep you whole. Those are the things to hold onto when you're broken?’ "Hey Drakey boy, you needing anything?" Theo asked him. "I'm good brother." Draco says as he hopped off the hood of the truck he was leaning on. "We ready?" "Yeah" "Good, tell the guys to wrap it up, I wanna head home." Draco says. "Hey, what do you think he is writing in those little note pads?" Ron wondered.

Theo smirked, "It's a children's book." and then he turned around and faced the guys and sarcastically says, "Alright, girls, dicks in, balls out, homes a speeding ticket away. Let's go!" Once they all hopped on their bikes and they took off with their newly acquired hardware, they were now heading home and unbeknownst to Draco, they were being watched by a rival gang members. And they had made the truck crash and flip on its side and had torched the truck. "Theo! Harry! Help Greg!" Draco barked out. Quickly and safely, Theo and Harry helped Greg get out of the truck which was on fire. "Hide the stuff in the woods and we'll come back for it tomorrow." Draco told them. Once the guys including Draco hide the crates, they hopped on their bikes and took off to the clubhouse before heading home.

The next morning, at the Granger-Malfoy home, Draco was up along with the youngest member of the family, Leo. "That's enough?" Draco asked Leo as he was feeding him his bottle. Scorpius laughed lightly as he watched his father and brother. "Mummy!" Scorpius beamed. "Hi my loves." Hermione greeted her boys. "Hey." Draco said and he looked up to find Hermione leaning over him and she kissed him softly.

Hermione ran her hand over his shoulder and she lifted up his chin. "I'm fine." He told her. "Retaliation?" She curiously wondered. "Niners torched the truck. Everyone's whole." Draco said as he shifted Leo on his lap. "Now what?" Hermione asked. "I fix it. I'm gonna keep Ron and Greg here at night. And I want you carrying the gun I got you." Draco murmured "Okay." Hermione agreed. "You know I'm doing to this to protect us right?" Draco said as he stood up. "I know." Hermione said as she grabbed a coffee cup. Draco grabbed her wrist and turned her around so now that she was facing him, "Hey, I know this isn't what we expected when I became president but this won't be happening all the time." "It better not." Hermione says. Draco leaned in and kissed her forehead, "I promise."

"Oh Draco." Hermione murmured in shock as she finally laid eyes on her husband after months of not seeing him. Draco picked her up slightly and twirled her around. "I've missed you Hermione." Draco sighed into her neck. "They've been saying you didn't make it. I-I didn't know what to believe." Hermione whispered. "Shhh well I'm alright." Draco soothed, "It feels like we've been apart for a lifetime and it might of been if the Chancellor hadn't been kidnapped."

"I don't think they would have ever brought us back from the outer rim seiges." He admitted. "Wait, here?" Hermione asked confused. "Yes here." Draco murmured, "God I'm so tired of all of this deception. I don't care if they know we're married." "Draco, don't say stuff like that." Hermione whispered. Draco sighed and he pulled her in for a hug. A few moments passed and Hermione pulled away from the hug and she slightly averted her gaze away from him.

"Are you alright? You're trembling love." He asked her, "What's going on?" "Something wonderful has happened," Hermione began softly. Draco gave her a worried look. "Draco, I'm pregnant." Draco breathed in deeply and he smiled a bit, "That's..that's wonderful" Hermione looked at him worriedly, "What are we gonna do?" Draco cupped her cheek. "We're not gonna worry about anything right now, alright? This is a happy moment. Happiest moment of my life."

Draco said as he scooped up the three year old. Maia stifled a yawn, "But I'm not tired daddy," Draco chuckled softly. "That yawn tells me otherwise princess." Maia pouted but she laid her head on his shoulder. "Let's go see what mummy and Scorpius are up to before I put you to bed. How does that sound?" "Okay." Maia sighed and she rubbed her eyes.

Climbing his way upstairs and as he rounded the corner, he faintly heard a portion of the conversation between mother and son. "Will you read this to me mum?" Their 10 year old son asked. "Orpheus and Eurydice? Are you sure?" Hermione asked. Draco could only assume that their son nodded. Shaking his head, Draco headed to their daughters room, and he laid Maia down as she was already snoozing against his shoulder. "Goodnight my star." Draco murmured as he placed a soft kiss on her curls. "Night night daddy." Maia muttered sleepily.

Exiting Maia's room, Draco went to Scorpius' room to find Hermione reading to him. "Rather dark for a ten year old, no?" Draco mused. Without looking up from the book she was reading, Hermione spoke softly, "He's the one who asked me to read it." Draco simply rolled his eyes, "I knew I'd find you two with this book eventually. Just thought it would be a while before you would actually do it." "Dad, shhhh mum's reading." Scorpius said. Draco shook his head at the two of them before leaning down and kissing Hermione on the head. "Not too late, yeah?" "I know." Hermione smiled.

Hermione said as she was getting ready. "And what's that supposed to mean what exactly?!" Draco sputtered. "He's fire!" "You still put him in red and yellow!" Hermione shook her head at her husband and she then looked at her son who was paying no attention to his parents squabble.

"He's adorable Draco. Plus you have our daughter wearing a little Slytherin quidditch onesie." Hermione said. "Maia needs to rep her fathers house." Draco said smugly as he cradled their two month old daughter. Hermione merely rolled her eyes, "Let's go. Our friends are waiting for us." And two hours later, with Scorpius happily with playing with his cousins and full of sweets courtesy of Uncle Theo and Uncle Harry, neither of his parents were happy about that. "You know. these aren't bad costumes." Draco mused. "I told you." Hermione said. "Yeah yeah." Draco said as he leaned in and kissed her softly.

Hermione knew it was a stupid thing to do but she felt like it was needed. She's had it written for months. While she knew that the friendship (if she could call it that) she had with was anything but normal. Some may call it unconventional. After finally reading the poem in her English class, which was thankfully her last class of the day she quickly left the room and she wiped her tears as she had began to cry during the poem. She had yet to give her English teacher a chance to even speak before the last bell rang and everyone left. When Hermione left the classroom, she could hear him calling her frantically but she didn't want to give him the satisfaction of making fun of her like he had done before. While it may have seemed that the two of them had a friends with benefits type of relationship, it wasn't like that at all.

Hermione had begun to care for Draco and she didn't want to admit it but she was beginning to fall for him, which is why she wrote the poem. No one else would have understood it but Draco. And he did. As she arrived home, she pulled out her phone and she finally saw the voicemail from Draco. Draco: what the hell was that poem during McGonagall's class? You took off before I could speak to you? Where are you granger? Hermione rolled her eyes and she decided to call him. As her finger hovered over his contact name, she began to second guess herself. Shaking her head, she hit his name and she waited for him to answer.

"Hello?" "Hey Malfoy." Hermione murmured quietly. "Wanna tell me what the hell was that little stunt back in class? Now everyone basically knows that you have some crush on me!" Draco hissed. Hermione felt her face get hot and she hissed out, "Well maybe I do!" Draco scoffed lightly, "Are you serious?" "Yes. And you don't have to be such an ass about it." Hermione murmured softly. "Open your front door." Draco then said. "What?" "Just do it." Draco said. Hermione sighed and she opened the front door and she was greeted by Draco, "I like you too."
