Packed up two shelves of k-pop albums last weekend to rearrange for a better Heartstopper shelf and LEGO display. LEGO shelf still needs a lot of reworking, but I moved the majority of my Heartstopper content to its new home this morning. ☺️🥳🍂

I had better luck with a different brand of pink in the past, so I’ll try again when this fades a bit! Doing this myself is mainly just to tide me over until I can afford to go in and have all of it bleached and dyed again. ☺️

Some sort of bisexual unicorn/mermaid vibes was the ideal. I didn’t care for the formula of this pink though. It just wasn’t sticking. ☹️ So I went with just purple and turquoise. I don’t love, love it - I really miss the pink. But it’s still fun hair, so I’ll happily live with it for 6-8 weeks 🤣

They would! I was going to do some small leaves for the center one, but my eyes needed a break for today. This aida is such a tiny square count. 😩

I decided to try doing mlm flag colors for Charlie’s bubble rather than rainbow pride for this mini frame project. I probably should have gone with a darker grey to stand in for the white than I did. 🤔 I still think it’s cute though!

It truly is. It was bad enough the first time around, but it feels so much more personal this time given how I’ve been more open and vocal the last couple years.

Absolutely!! They’ve been big on playing with salt & pepper shakers recently like in “Omelette” so I got multiple reenactments. 🤭

The holidays are coming; a lot of us may be forced to attend gatherings with those who say they support us with their words, but show us they don’t with their actions. You are allowed to leave the table, the room, the house as is safe. You don’t need anyone’s permission to do so other than your own.

I am so thankful for my brother and SIL for plonking me in the middle of their family grouping, at the opposite end of the table from the loud conservatives, sandwiched between my nieces, and thereby forcing me to have lovely conversations about dance classes and piano recitals and books and Bluey 🥰

Had a casual family reunion lunch to go to today that I was low-key dreading since I knew some of the people coming are vocal supporters of the Cheeto. I told myself last night that it was okay if I needed to leave and go wait in the car. I almost brought my bag of cross stitch supplies for backup.
