As it is, nearly 90% of people get denied for Disability on the first attempt, leading to years of painful delays for people that need support. The system needs to have drastically fewer barriers, not more. The pain is the point for these fascists.

For now, it sounds like just ticketing vehicles impeding designed bike lanes and bus stops. I am especially sensitive on the bus stop problem as it makes those stops inaccessible to disabled folks. When a bus can't approach a stop properly, many disabled riders can't get on or off.

Once again, I call for Chicago to move its municipal elections to coincide w/ the midterms.
