A large bottle of sugar syrup by the condiments at a till (in a pizza place in a Korean airport) that is clearly marked “sugar syrup” has a red sign on it that says “It’s not hand sanitiser, It’s sugar syrup.” The “It’s not hand sanitiser” is underlined, which makes me read it in a very tired voice.

I love this.

I find it hilarious that it’s the only song that’s just in English.

The apostrophisation of “it’s” makes it feel more weary than annoyed, which I find delightful.

Getting into this gritty, urban reboot of Shadow Of the Colossus but do think I bonded more with Argo than I have with Hyundai Kona, so far, at least…

Was I telling you about the bit in the Deadpool video game where to cross a large gap you have to do nothing until the character enters an “at rest“ animation cycle which will include salt bubbles which will then create floating stepping stones he can use to cross the gap?
