It doesn't address many schools that need fixing and puts money towards a new but unnamed very expensive elementary. Make SPS try again with a better plan in November after some actual community engagement.

I hear you that that doesn't help much with the Republican majority. Federal taxes go to the national government and it's not possible to keep them short of secession.
