it's also why i'm not the biggest fan of hair/braid type of brushes, while i don't think there's anything wrong with wanting to save time (especially if ur doing a comic project) i think relying on them can be a bit of a crutch since ur not actually bothering to learn how to draw black hair

i think more ppl should encourage spreading/sharing tutorials and references from black artists out there, not only does it help you learn but it also supports black artists too!

if your trans acceptance doesn't include gnc, non-binary, genderfluid, etc. folks it's not trans acceptance.

if you try to put people outside the binary onto the binary by forcing feminine/masculine labels on us based on how we look, you're not an ally
