Unfortunately I have ambitions bigger than what GDScript allows me to make. Namely detecting taskbar and being able to consistently click through the pet window would be SO huge.

I chose to use Godot since I'm most familiar with it. It might've been not the best idea but... fuck it we ball.

I have spent like 3 evenings so far on this mf. I tried a bunch of stuff to make him work as a window and he looks pretty good (art is temporary)

For the past 2 weeks instead of using my free time wisely, I've just been playing Final Fantasy 14, ZZZ and Helldivers 2 ╥﹏╥

And now out of the blue I want to make my own desktop pet. I'll get back to you when I make some progress
