It’s not one person. Republicans in Congress could put an end to the lunacy at any time and yet every day they choose to be complicit enablers.

Don’t let them off the hook, we need to send a clear message by making them ALL pay dearly in November.

It takes a great deal of arrogance to live in the U.S. with over 200 different sects of Christianity, all with their own unique theology, yet insist that only your sect has the authority to speak, not only for all Christians, but for every person in our country.

The Republicans in congress have the power to put an end to it at any time, so do the members of the Cabinet.

Yet every day they choose to enable it as if they won’t have to face voters in November.

One of the greatest deceptions of our time is the false narrative that tells us we should be more concerned about a poor person misusing the welfare system or an immigrant being here illegally than we are about the ultra wealthy abusing the system and cruel people having unchecked power over us all.

My message remains the same a year later.

We don’t have kings in America, and I won’t bend the knee to one.

Imagine saying, “they have to obey the law“ when it comes to immigrants but not when it comes to the people holding the highest positions of power in the country yet still somehow expecting everyone to believe you take the law seriously.

One of the most successful pieces of far right propaganda was to convince so many Christians that helping the poor, feeding the hungry, bringing healthcare to the sick, loving all our neighbors, and caring for our planet was “leftist” and wasn’t actually part of following Jesus.
