Tonight’s trip to the doctor. Highlight was being told I had the lowest cardiac risk score the doctor had ever seen. But utterly cancelled out by the lowlight which was her needing a second tape-measure to measure my waist size.

I have a self diagnosis as #autistic in so far as I worked it out myself with my family and friends. I have a medical diagnosis in so far as I went to my GP, said I thought I was autistic, presented her with a prioritised and indexed list of my reasons, and she said, “Yeah, well, obviously.”

I also had never heard of this. How exciting. Theology at Oxford has always been a closed world to me, its ways of doing things and the people it considers legitimate. But this sounds totally excellent.

And how I would love to burn parts of the literature down and start again... so looking forward to that!
