About a month ago I had a really bad meltdown. Today is the first day I have actually woken up and not felt like I am fighting to keep my eyes open. I went to my desk and wrote creatively for the first time in four weeks. I’m so relaxed and alive for the first time in four weeks. #actuallyautistic
