Some users go so far as to keep track of how the rating has changed over time in the review itself.

I think that's a consequence of the UX making the rating more visible, which leads to users tweaking it later but not adjusting the review.

Next to the game table, a beautiful looking dog is looking intently at me, asking for pets. Whenever I stopped petting, she nuzzled me asking for more. It's always her turn.

I've been revisiting Dark Souls and it has been a blast up until New Londo Ruins.

Ghosts can kill you through walls from any direction, without telegraphing. You have to be cursed or constantly using items in order to deal any damage and there is no bonfire.

This is somehow the most haunting bit of in-game lore I have ever read.

I don't make any money off of this so I can't justify spending too much on it. My gear is all second hand except for one piece. My camera is 12 years old.

Expensive hobby!

I've been volunteering to do the photo reporting for local gamedev and demoscene events. It's fun, intense and rewarding.

However, the venues tend to be too dark and my gear can't keep up.

Looked up what gear I'd need and it would cost at least 2-3x what ALL my gear cost.

Ouch!

Maybe it's for dual-weilding executives.
