This has been going on since December, let's see how much longer I get to keep the problem.

I'm making myself laugh now because this must be what a light version of personal hell could look like. Not only the repetitive nature and the annoyance, but also the certainty that it is my own fault for not taking the problem seriously.

My macbook turns off every time I close the lid, after about 5 mins or so. Periodically, I get frustrated enough to google for the problem, but I get nowhere every time. Simultaneously, I'm too lazy to reinstall everything or to take it to repair.

I haven't changed jobs very frequently, and this is the first time I am joining a company in a leadership position. I thought impostor syndrome would be kicking the door in from the first minute, but what I actually feel is that, genuinely, I can help!
