I'm hesitant to finish my Fallout: New Vegas playthrough now (even though I'm in a FO mood) because I truly feel like the next Oblivion style remake will be NV and not FO3.

Maybe I should replay FO4. I haven't touched that sucker since I beat it at launch.

With the critical acclaim that Digimon Story is getting, I wish that Konami would invest in a really polished single-player Yu-Gi-Oh! RPG, maybe with a Speed Duel like format to keep the duels from dragging. That would be 🔥

No, you're absolutely right. I guess what I meant is that it doesn't even feel like a win for them. The grifters never got the chance to advocate against it because of Ubisoft being cowards from the jump. It's like a bigotry participation trophy if a cool idea gets scrapped before they outrage farm.

This isn't even a "win" for supremacists and racists, it's strictly a "loss" for normal and rational gamers.

My Game Pass charges on the 8th and I'm still trying to decide if I want to stay in Ultimate or cancel and just buy Outer Worlds 2 directly.

Either way, Microsoft is getting my money this month and I find that infuriating after their latest fumble.

I've only had Defiant Calder for a day and a half but if anything happens to him I will kill everyone on Kairos and then myself.

Dayquil and rest intermittent with gaming is the cure. I guarantee it (as someone who dealt with it over last weekend).

I loved the more open story progression with three separate but connected storylines. I think this was a great way to restructure very familiar Pokemon story beats that we've seen since the og Red and Blue.

A 50% price increase is crazy. It turns Game Pass Ultimate from a decent deal for lots of people into a purely premium option for a select few. $30 a month is too damn much to justify for the majority of people.

Feels like they're trying to encourage outright purchases again rather than new subs.

I struggle with this all the time. Whenever I "take too long" to beat one game I feel like I'm taking time away from the next one on the list. I've been working on and getting better at rewiring that part of my brain though. Games are supposed to be fun and escapism.

It's simply not possible for us to play EVERY game that looks fun. Try to prioritize the ones that have you the most hyped and let yourself enjoy them. Your mental health will thank you.

It's always nice to pop back into Fallout 76 with friends. It may not be a spooky season game but it's still a ghoulish good time.

Not unexpected with how little communication we've had about it since the layoffs at Illfonic. Still heartbreaking.

I booted up Monster Hunter Wilds today to try to tackle the Omega Planetes event.

Never been humbled so quickly. What a nightmare this fight is, especially on Gunlance. Gonna have to switch it up if I want to take this sucker down.
