I have Fox Footy so game not spoiled for me but I think 7 News telling people the score cannibalises the TV ratings for the delayed telecast.

Yeah. I have Kayo and Foxtel Go so every game live is accessible for me. I also live in NSW where Giants and Swans games if on a Saturday will be telecast on 7 on delay.

Not sure why tbh. All AFL games used to be live be it on free to air or Foxtel but now with this new TV. Parts of Australia get delayed telecasts on Saturdays for a part of the season or no footy on FTA at all.

You'd think they could use yellow for the Titans or something just for this weekend.

The uproar over Galvin playing halfback is my bugbear. He’s 20 years old. It’s like everyone forgot all the halfbacks that grew up playing other positions and eventually became good at it. Cleary was the 5/8th in the grades and Luai was the halfback. Can we please calm down with the young players?

Definitely agree, I also think some of that is not helped by some of the media hyperbole that these kids cannot match. Most of these kids need time to mature and find what works for them in the NRL and unfortunately we're seeing that fans do not have the patience to wait

#AFL AFL will stick by Opening Round because they think it works except they refuse to help the northern clubs promote the Opening Round fixtures and having Giants v Hawks and Lions v Bulldogs delayed telecasted at 9pm on 7mate is a disgusting joke of a decision.

#NRL Also if you are upset over a round one football game loss, can I ask you to go watch the news headlines or go and touch grass? See a bit of reality....your team losing in round one isn't a big deal.
